Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a contract position with a client located in Omaha, NE. This individual will work with internal and external people to resolve issues and drive efforts to help customers future proof their systems and networks.
Pay/Salary Range: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Technology Support Specialist job responsibilities include:
2) Field work, Imaging of machines. Rolling out higher end laptops and loading/imaging being done.
3) Account/Password resets
4) Mobile Device Support experience is big
5) Managing accounts for people using different devices, accounts not transitioning from one device to another
6) IOS Troubleshooting experience is a nice to have
7) Troubleshooting VPN Connections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years in an IT or Help Desk focused role
- Imaging Laptops, Desktops and recommissioning equipment experience
