Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour

Tools Support Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Providing support for ALM tools, including troubleshooting user issues and creating new projects and users.
- Customizing and configuring ALM tools based on project requirements, such as user roles, workflows, and alerts.
- Supporting the deployment of new tools suites to engineering projects and ensuring smooth integration with other tools.
- Monitoring and reporting on tool usage, performance, and health of centralized shared tool services like license servers and databases.
- Developing scripts to automate repetitive tasks and supporting teams in generating charts, dashboards, and audit reports.
- Piloting new tools and performing tests before rollouts, upgrades, or mitigations to the latest version of the application.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate project and operational risks.
- Managing administrative tasks for application maintenance, including patch implementation and validating upgraded environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years in technical project management or tools support engineering.
- Strong experience with ALM tools such as Microfocus QC, ALM, and Octane, including customization and configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and SNOW, with the ability to manage technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.
