SR. UI / UX Developer - Fulltime hybrid onsite role (Wilmington, DE Riverfront 2-3x a week) $115-$140k base salary 10-15% annual bonus - Banking Client

My banking client is looking for a Sr. UI / UX developer on their consumer banking platforms (web and mobile) to assist in standardizing their US and global application frontends.
The ideal candidate needs experience with a strong mix of the following :
- 5 years of UI / UX design and frontend development experience
- Experience collaborating with software development teams to ensure project work meets established design standards
- Exposure to both web and native mobile (Swift, Kotlin) technologies and applications
- Experience working across global teams to standardize global UX, especially with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe tools
This is a fulltime position paying $115-$140k base 10-15% annual bonus.
Hybrid onsite 2-3x a week in their Wilmington, DE riverfront office.
