Vice President Marketing

Akkodis is seeking a VP of Marketing for a direct hire role with client in Irvine, CA

COMPENSATION: • Salary Range: $170K to $180K

• The primary responsibility of this position will be to create, manage and execute all marketing strategies to support business growth objectives and enhance brand equity and awareness. This position is responsible for planning, staffing, training and managing all marketing functions to achieve Company objectives. • We are looking for a strong leader who will oversee key relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partners and guide the development of current and next generation products. • The Vice President of Marketing will be a highly visible and critical role, key to important product development, partner engagement, and business development to implement the strategy for our hybrid memory storage business.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of computer, storage,and memory architectures • Competence with Core IP blocks of memory,NAND and ASIC architectures • Experience with CXL architecture, suppliers offering CXL productsand customers planningto adopt OS, Application and device driverunderstanding • Create, manage and execute all marketing and communication strategies to achieve Company objectives • Develop unique value propositions and partnerships targetedtoward product growthand revenue • Analyze, evaluate and execute on both existingand new marketstrategies to achievetargeted results • Develop benchmark criteriato measure the effectiveness of marketing programsand implement improvements • Manage and mentormarketing staff to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for growth • Develop key messagingand presentation materialfor senior management, customers and investor community • Marketing or business development experience in the computer hardware OEMs or server, workstation, supercomputer technology field. DRAM industryexperience for serversand technical understanding of memory sub-systems is strongly preferred • Must have excellent written and communication skills and be comfortable interacting at the executivelevel • Have the ability and desire to work as a team member in a matrix organization as well as to work independently for maximum goal achievement • Highly motivated and results-driven • Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BSEE required; MSEE and/or MBA preferred

12 years related experience in a strategicmarketing role in the memorystorage market

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OR REQUIREMENTS

Physical demandsfor a general office environment, heavy computer use, up to 40 % travel
