About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pick and Pack worker to join our team at Akkodis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our dashers and ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort dashers through the store on the best path to find the requested items.
- Support dashers with delivery issues (e.g., customer cancels the order, red card declines at checkout, etc.).
- Scan inventory in-store to maintain an accurate picture of in/out of stock items.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
