Finance Manager
The Finance Manager candidate will provide daily finance and bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks software including :
- Accounts receivable / payable
- Payroll
- General journal transactions
- Budgets
- Grants reporting
- Bank reconciliations
Five years’ experience and a degree in accounting is preferred, although a blend of experience and education may be substituted. We desire someone with experience in rural municipal fund accounting and enterprise funds, including utility billing and point-of-sales systems. This is a full-time position.
Finance Clerk
The Finance Clerk applicant will support the Finance Manager and City Administrator at a level depending on experience. This position allows you to develop and grow your career in administrative and finance support essentials. This is a part-time job.
