Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on our healthcare clients and additional verticals to drive revenue growth within our remote interpretation platform
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales expansion opportunities
- Negotiate and execute contracts for expansion business
- Track the status and follow up on all open opportunities in your pipeline
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders at the decision-making level
- Understand the needs of the client and come up with revenue driving solutions
- Manage client requests for billing resolution, call and interpreter disputes, and general questions
- Collaborate with Client Success Team to proactively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base
- Input client information into data management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all Propio service lines
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed
- 10% travel, as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years' experience in a sales/account management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and/or Outreach preferred
- Experience in the healthcare and/or SaaS industry preferred
