Writers (Evergreen)

This is a pipeline job requisition, meaning we are proactively gathering resumes for potential future openings in this role. The Writers will be supporting various agencies and will be responsible for the following :

• Produce client deliverables with a detail-oriented approach.
• Take highly technical information and rewrite it into plain language.
• Listen to meetings and write content based on what was heard for all types of deliverables, including emails, newsletters, reports, talking points, social media, etc.
• Provide high quality service to our clients using outstanding interpersonal and writing skills.
• Create audience-appropriate understandable text from complex, technical information in diverse communications materials (print and electronic). Ensure quality and consistency of tone, usage, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, structure and layout.
• Determine client objectives, develop responsive creative concepts, and interact with client to determine the creative solution.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure client deliverables are produced in an efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to support cross-functional projects and enhance information sharing.
• Meet team requirements for maintaining up-to-date project trackers and other project tracking tools.
• Independently create and meet project timelines, including milestones and deadlines, to ensure client and contract requirements are met.
