Our Oklahoma City, OK office has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Project Manager/Civil Engineer in Urban Development and Public Works. Major Duties:
This Project Manager position should have experience in the management and design of a wide-range of land development and public works projects for various industrial, commercial and/or residential development projects. Must have the ability to work directly with clients and directing a staff with varied levels of experience and expertise. Duties include initial project research, preparation of proposal/contract, preparation of project work plan and schedule, plan production and management of plan production staff, plan processing and management of plan processing efforts, construction administration and project close out efforts.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering
• Oklahoma PE (Licensed) with a minimum of 5-years of experience
• Experience with producing accurate and complete construction plans and reports
• Ability to work independently in a team environment and to manage multiple projects with limited supervision under the direction of a managing principal
• Excellent verbal and written skills, communicating engineering information clearly and concisely
• Solid leadership and management skills, self-motivated, and possess a strong ability to meet deadlines, satisfy clients, and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of CAD production and Civil3D a plus, and/or Civil-d drainage software, Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and detail oriented
