Pay Range : $24 - $28 per hour on W2
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated ACH Operations Analyst to support ACH activities for our bank's clientele, enhancing operational efficiency within Client. This role involves transaction support, handling ACH exceptions, and ensuring compliance with Nacha guidelines, providing a comprehensive opportunity to develop in a financial environment. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in managing real-time risks, servicing high-profile clients, and embracing future technologies and change management practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide transaction and processing support for the ACH payment platform.
- Handle ACH Exception processing and Positive Pay for ACH.
- Perform account research and manage originator information efficiently.
- Execute reversals in accordance with Nacha guidelines and manage Letters of Indemnity / Hold Harmless Letters.
- Engage in high-profile and high net worth client and advisor service, contributing to risk management, reporting, and escalation processes.
