Pay Range : $64 - $67 per hour on W2

Job Description :

The UX Design Program Manager will lead UX projects, ensuring user-focused design solutions that align with business goals. This role combines a deep understanding of UX design principles with program management to optimize workflows, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership : Manage UX projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.
  • UX Advocacy : Embed user-centered design principles, ensuring solutions are guided by research and usability best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate between design, product, and engineering teams to maintain project alignment.
  • Process Improvement : Streamline UX workflows to increase efficiency and reduce design debt.
  • Risk Management : Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Metrics & Insights : Track project performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

  • UX Expertise : Strong grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Program Management Skills : Experience managing complex projects with Agile or other methodologies.
  • Communication : Excellent skills in facilitation and stakeholder management.
  • Preferred : Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management software (e.g., JIRA).

    • This role requires balancing UX Design principles with project management to deliver exceptional user experiences efficiently for a product.
