The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to set, monitor, and analyze KPIs for operational efficiency and customer-focused improvements. This role is instrumental in driving a data-driven culture by conducting in-depth research, presenting findings, and managing stakeholder relationships to optimize our digital lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover customer insights and drive operational enhancements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add business value through detailed analytical research.
- Translate business goals into actionable data requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create compelling data stories using presentations, summaries, and visualizations for strategic decision-making.
- Independently manage high-level stakeholder relationships, expectations, and project outcomes.
- Provide in-depth analyses of website traffic, engagement and conversion data to understand trends, anomalies and insights that will drive operational improvements.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data wrangling concepts.
- Knowledge of Python, R, ETL Processes
