Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned AWS Engineer to fortify our Data & Analytics landscape, focusing on the foundational setup and ongoing support. The role demands a candidate with a minimum of 8-10 years in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to AWS Cloud Automation and Administration, specifically with hands-on experience in current Implementation and Production level in AWS Cloud with a concentration on Data solutions. The ideal applicant will bring a solid background in scripting, cloud automation tools, and possess at least one AWS certification, underscoring their proficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead the foundational AWS environment setup and ensure robust support.
- Develop and maintain Terraform plans and Ansible playbooks for efficient infrastructure automation.
- Script with Python and Linux Bash to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure security and compliance within the AWS environment by managing services like VPC, Security Groups, IAM, etc.
- Continuously improve deployment strategies, leveraging CI / CD toolchains for streamlined operations
