Pay Range : $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Data Analyst to lead in performing complex business analysis using various techniques, such as statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling, and data mining. The ideal candidate will develop best practices and actionable insights for improving business operations and work directly with stakeholders to identify analytical needs. This role includes generating ad hoc reports, assisting in system development for business operation capture, and occasionally guiding junior data analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform advanced business analysis through statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
  • Develop best practices, actionable insights, and recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Identify analytical requirements in collaboration with internal or external clients.
  • Produce ad hoc data and reports as needed.
  • Assist in system development to capture business operation information and occasionally mentor less experienced analysts

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience in data analytics and defining KPIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R / Python, and statistical modelling techniques.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent storytelling and problem-solving abilities.

    • Preferred Industry Experience :

  • Prior experience in roles requiring deep analytical insights in market mix modeling and multi-touch attribution is highly beneficial.
