JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Conversational AI Designer to join our team and build intuitive, engaging conversational flows using Gen-AI, ensuring quality and accuracy across QuickBooks conversation experiences. The role involves auditing and improving existing design flows, evaluating AI models, and driving projects with a focus on deadlines, quality, and business metrics. This is a remote position requiring alignment with PST working hours.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and deploy curated conversational flows using industry best practices.
- Construct, review, and enhance AI models for top-tier conversational experiences.
- Audit and refine existing design flows, fixing gaps or bugs as necessary.
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain the high-quality and accuracy of conversational experiences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Industry Experience Required :
Prior experience in building with virtual assistants, voice assistants, chatbots, or other conversational interfaces is preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
