Job Summary :
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Intermediate Customer Claims Specialist to join our global shared services team. The role involves managing and resolving customer disputes and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and customers, focusing on the resolution of complex disputes and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and resolve complex customer disputes regarding products, billing, and service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and devise solutions to customer issues.
- Analyze situations creatively to find customer-focused resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, outcomes, and feedback in CRM.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately, providing comprehensive details for further action.
Must-Have Skills :
Industry Experience :
Experience in a shared services environment, particularly with claims management, customer service, or dispute resolution, is highly preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and Google / Microsoft Office apps is beneficial.
