Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data quality within Salesforce, executing data audits, and cleansing activities.
- Implement data governance policies, ensuring compliance across the business units.
- Support data integration and migration projects, maintaining data accuracy during transitions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales and IT teams, to understand and meet data requirements.
- Develop and provide training on data governance policies and management best practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data governance and data quality management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with data management tools (SOQL/ETL).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
- Experience in Sales Operations or a related field within the tech or security industry is highly beneficial.
