This pivotal role is designed to structure profitable and compliant transactions, enhancing revenue generation and optimizing the productivity of the North America Digital Marketing Sales team. The successful candidate will manage first-line deal approvals, structure transactions that cater to both Adobe's and customers' requirements, and facilitate faster deal closures. Serving as a fiduciary guide, this role involves close collaboration with sales teams and various internal stakeholders to ensure deals align with Adobe's policies and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Prior experience within Digital Marketing Sales environment or similar technology-driven sector is highly preferred.

- Manage daily deal approval processes, coordinating with sales teams and drafting related documentation.
- Certify customer contracts and ensure they meet internal and external compliance requirements.
- Track and report on deal status within the quarter, communicating essential updates to management.
- Evaluate and propose enhancements for current deal structuring processes and policies.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines across transactions.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations or Deal Desk functions.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
