JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a vibrant Social Media Community Manager to empower our Consumer Group Corporate Communications team, focusing on our TurboTax brand's social platforms. This role demands a creative individual with a knack for nurturing online communities, driving word-of-mouth, and enhancing brand perception. The candidate should excel under pressure, possess robust analytic skills, and have substantial experience on platforms like Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Drive engagement and positive brand sentiment across primary social channels (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads).
- Collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and internal teams (marketing, communications, customer care).
- Utilize Brand Watch to analyze social VOC, identifying trends and insights to report to leadership.
- Manage crisis situations adeptly, upholding the brand reputation.
- Derive insights from content and platform trends to guide content strategy and optimization.

Industry Experience Required :
Experience in corporate communications, specifically within consumer-focused brands, is highly preferable.
