JOB SUMMARY :
Intuit is seeking a highly experienced Email Marketing Manager to elevate our TurboTax retention campaigns through personalized, impactful email marketing strategies. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and executing email campaigns that not only retain but also educate and inspire our tax filing customers throughout their engagement lifecycle. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Intuit’s CRMs team's efforts in customer acquisition and retention, with strong potential for a long-term appointment based on performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage "Top of Funnel" TurboTax retention email campaigns including ad hoc, journey, and automated programs.
Develop and maintain innovative email campaigns that emphasize compelling storytelling while preserving brand integrity.
Coordinate closely with data managers to leverage customer data for personalized campaign triggers.
Ensure accurate articulation of complex campaign requirements to deployment partners for proper implementation.
Engage in a vigorous test-and-learn strategy to foster channel growth and provide actionable business insights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Proven expertise in email marketing with a strong track record in personalization and optimization.
Exceptional storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate ideas into action-driven campaigns.
Superior organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple streams under tight deadlines.
Industry Experience Required :
Prior experience in financial services, technology platforms, or consumer-facing digital product marketing is highly preferred.
