Job Summary :
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency and pristine condition of our facilities through diligent maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks. Utilizing a mix of hand and power tools, this role encompasses everything from routine preventative maintenance to the assembly and installation of furniture and equipment. A great fit for this position would be someone who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a strong background in utilizing a variety of tools safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Handle minor repairs, painting, assembly, and general maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of workspaces.
- Efficiently use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Support the set-up of furniture, equipment, and other facility necessities.

Industry Experience :
Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is necessary, alongside a foundational knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
