Job Requirements
- Manage talent onboarding for deals in development by leveraging Amazon AP platforms.
- Maintain and improve AP process workflows for enhanced efficiency and controllership.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for new deals and set up payment schedules in alignment with terms.
- Field ad-hoc inquiries from talent/reps and resolve payment/onboarding issues with the FinOps Support team.
- Manage payment metric dashboards and produce development cost reports for financial visibility and control.
- Strong communication skills across different teams.
- Experience with financial reporting and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with contracts and agreements.
