JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Risk and Controls Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting global accounting operations, ensuring robust internal controls, and leading compliance activities across various business lines. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our internal control environment, driving control design and implementation, and enhancing enterprise-wide compliance initiatives. This role demands a proactive approach to managing financial, operational, and IT risks within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Executing controls strategies and ensuring alignment with financial reporting requirements.
Leading the design and implementation of control frameworks in collaboration with engineering, business, and accounting teams.
Performing deep dives to identify risks and define controls for financial reporting.
Ensuring comprehensive controls over critical components of our ecosystem.
Designing and advising on controls, compliance programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective implementation across teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Expertise in COSO 2013 framework and SEC / PCAOB regulations.
Advanced knowledge and application of IT General Controls.
Proven experience in audit, risk management, and compliance within large public companies or Big 4 accounting firms.
Industry Experience Required :
Prior experience in a global, publicly-traded company or significant tenure within a Big 4 accounting firm serving Fortune 500 clients, preferably with a focus on technology or similar sectors.
