Key Responsibilities
- Offer basic service desk support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Act as a proactive representative of technical services to customers, enhancing their support experience.
- Efficiently manage incident initiations, escalations, and resolutions.
- Perform timely 1st level problem determination using established procedures.
- Continuously update knowledge on product/service offerings to deliver technically accurate solutions.
- Experience in CompTIA A , Net , or Microsoft Desktop Professional.
- Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow and Active Directory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
