- Serve as an escalation point and coaching resource for channel advisors.
- Deliver outstanding guidance and support on complex cases beyond the initial support team's scope.
- Contribute to the enhancement of case management protocols and playbooks.
- Apply organizational policies consistently to ensure fair and efficient resolution of HR matters.
- Juggle multiple cases efficiently, upholding core performance metrics and best practices in case management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking aptitude.
- High emotional intelligence with a knack for confidential and sensitive information handling.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Human Resources, providing direct support on HR matters is essential for success in this role.
