Contract Type :   W2 Only

Duration :   6 Months with Possible Extension

Location : Austin, TX (#LI-Hybrid 3 Days a Week)

Pay Range : $70 - $75 per hour. on W2

Job Summary :

This role primarily involves the integration and management of Identity and Access Management (IdM / IGA) systems. The candidate will liaise between stakeholders and our offshore team to ensure effective deployment and customization of IdM / IGA solutions. The position demands a high level of technical skill in automation, testing, and continuous integration / deployment practices to support secure and efficient access management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading the onboarding of applications to IdM and IAM stack.
  • Developing test automations to validate IdM synchronization mappings.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to align on design and implementation expectations.
  • Coordinating IGA implementation efforts between onsite stakeholders and the offshore team in India.
  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of deliverables from the offshore team against the project specifications.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency with Identity Management (IdM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
  • Strong experience in API integration including Rest, GraphQL, and authentication protocols like OIDC and OAuth2.
  • Proficient in Java, Spring, Node.js, and JavaScript for development and customization of IDM / IGA solutions.

    • Industry Experience :

    Prior experience in large-scale IDM / IGA deployments, preferably within e-commerce or tech industries.
