Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Willow Inventory Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and go-live support of Willow Inventory for My client, including optimizing other Inventory systems within the network.
This role is critical in ensuring the seamless deployment and functionality of Willow Inventory and Inpatient systems across our partner sites, enhancing our pharmacy services.
The position is fully remote, providing a unique opportunity to impact our health system's operations from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full-scale implementation of Willow Inventory, including systems integration and optimization.
- Configure application settings, validate configurations, and support the go-live and rollout processes.
- Create test plans, conduct system tests for new implementations and upgrades, and document outcomes.
- Offer advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Willow applications, improving system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors for necessary support and issue resolution; manage critical issues independently and proactively.
Must-Have Skills :
- Epic Willow Inpatient and Inventory certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Domain Experience Required :
Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly desirable, specifically related to pharmacy operations and inventory management.
