Job Summary :
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing complex, highly visible projects and Agile value streams critical to our business. This role demands effective communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and manage resources in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure successful product delivery, and lead change management activities across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, build, and run technology solutions aligning with company methodology.
- Manage and deliver projects within targets, ensuring effective change management and integration of IT resources.
- Execute customer-facing and internal change management activities to maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Guide team members to optimize efficiency and achieve high performance and quality standards.
- Document project artifacts and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, utilizing tools like ServiceNow for tracking progress.
