The Content Platform team is looking for a Software Development Engineer I who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with merchandising applications. Your solutions will impact our customers directly! The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in software development, particularly in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or financial services (payments, branding) is beneficial but not compulsory.

- Develop monitoring solutions for production software applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed code across Java platforms.
- Perform SQL queries to gather metrics and improve system performance.
- Work alongside development teams on various corporate and divisional projects.
- Update, enhance current software, automate support processes, and document system operations.
- Expertise in Java programming and software development lifecycle.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Versed in data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to perform complex queries.
