Job Summary :

Join our dynamic Personal and Business Banking team as a Loan Processor II for immediate hire. This role focuses on delivering critical lending operations including loan administration and servicing across mortgages, consumer, leasing, and commercial lending products. As a key contributor to our team, you'll ensure efficient processing, adherence to policies, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure execution and sustainability of change management initiatives.
• Accurately process service requests, transactions, and administrative tasks within set service level agreements.
• Maintain and reconcile documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to stakeholder inquiries ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate on system / process improvements and maintain operational integrity through regulatory adherence.
