Key Responsibilities
- Establish project partners and team structures, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, adjusting plans to meet varying needs.
- Assign resources and tasks, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of each project.
- Ensure efficient new services IP delivery through operational projects targeting partner communication and scheduling.
- Conduct thorough reviews of team deliverables before client submission, applying Project Management methodology and standards to minimize risk.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets).
- Excellent presentation skills, including written, oral, and aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
- Advanced organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
