Job Summary :
As a Strategy & Operations partner for the client's cloud business, including flagship products like Photoshop and Illustrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence and operational efficiency. This position requires a skilled individual with a robust understanding of B2B operations and sales channels, leveraging stakeholder relationships to maintain and expand product subscriptions across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will relish business challenges, focusing on strategic initiatives rather than technical tasks to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end program and project deliveries, adhering to industry-leading standards.
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, M&A, and IT to develop and execute high-quality business solutions.
- Continuously map and re-engineer business processes for optimal lean operations.
- Set up and sustain process / system controls to maintain the integrity of implemented changes and solutions.
