Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Adoption & Process Improvement Manager to join our Seller CRM team in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with departments to identify and integrate Salesforce CRM process improvements.
- Evaluate and optimize current processes using workflow mapping and business process discoveries.
- Design and implement Lean methodologies to enhance future-state processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce adoption strategies.
- Facilitate training and support to maximize Salesforce platform benefits and user proficiency.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce or CRM consultancy.
- Proven experience in business process design and change management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Lead Management, Customer Support, Account Management, or Category Management is highly regarded. Salesforce certifications will be considered an advantage.
