Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Specialist to lead the customization of our agent tool experiences using rapid prototyping, agile development methodologies, and scalable solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deploying new technology within a platform and services-oriented architecture and demonstrate strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams to deliver innovative and quality driven solutions. This role involves facilitating design sessions, developing both functional and non-functional prototypes, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise development standards within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalize agent tool experiences through rapid prototyping and agile development.
• Ensure scalable delivery of new technology solutions within a service-oriented architecture.
• Facilitate joint design sessions to refine requirements and develop prototypes for alignment.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria considering dependencies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure timely and innovative solutions.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce platform configuration and/or development.
• Salesforce Admin certification required.
• Salesforce Sales Could certification HIGHLY preferred.
• Salesforce Service Cloud certification HIGHLY preferred.
  
  

Industry Experience

• Prior experience in platform and service-oriented architectures preferred.
