Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to implement, configure, and enhance our SuccessFactors system to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet the needs of HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system optimizations.
- Collaborate on the integration of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll, and IT systems.
- Identify and address user adoption challenges.
- Participate in integration, end-to-end testing cycles, and maintain technical documentation.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge in system configurations, workflows, and business rules within SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on designing effective solutions.
