Job Summary :

As a Senior Product Manager in the Trust & Safety team, you will play a key role in identifying customer pain points and business opportunities, defining and delivering products that safeguard our community, and ensuring a secure environment conducive to the future of hospitality and travel. Your efforts will have a broad impact, enabling safety and trust across the platform

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional groups including engineers, designers, and policy experts for aligned execution.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on customer impact.
• Set clear goals, objectives, and measurable key results for success.
• Foster alignment across teams and leadership, managing trade-offs and operational constraints.
• Present ongoing product roadmap status and influence outcomes to leadership.
