The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the projects, from setting deadlines, and assigning responsibilities, to monitoring progress and summarizing project outcomes to upper management. This role requires a professional with at least 7 years of related experience, adept in leveraging a mix of strategic and tactical skills to accomplish project goals, enhance process efficiencies, and ensure project deliverables align with strategic business objectives.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in streaming services or related fields (Max, Netflix, etc.) preferred.
Experience working with content acquisition managers, engineers, and Trust and Safety Teams preferred.
This role not only offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects within the Prime Video domain but also enables close collaboration with media partners, leveraging internal tools for content integration, and ensuring all media meet quality standards before going live on Prime Video platforms.

- Coordinate and complete project/program on schedule.
- Prepare detailed project status reports for upper management.
- Assign responsibilities and roles within project teams.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and other stakeholders.
- AirTable experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience
