Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Software Development Engineer to join our WW Returns & ReCommerce team. This role is pivotal in developing innovative software and systems to revolutionize the customer returns experience and enhance recovery options, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Using your expertise in coding and system development, you will contribute to shaping our future returns infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partake in the design, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of scalable distributed software applications, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with teams on various corporate and divisional software projects, including updating and enhancing existing software and automating support processes.
- Interface with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Ensure the highest level of system and application performance and availability.
- Continuously refine and innovate processes to improve the returns experience.
