This position requires supporting the team's bandwidth and transitioning to different procurement teams as needed. Additionally, this role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the best sourcing solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Summary
The Sourcing Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting category managers and sourcing specialists by managing low to medium complexity sourcing projects, including RFPs, Supplier Business Reviews, Vendor Off-boarding, and Contract Reviews. This position requires supporting the team's bandwidth and transitioning to different procurement teams as needed. Additionally, this role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the best sourcing solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) activities to find the best sourcing solutions.
- Conduct Supplier Business Reviews (SBR) and apply SRM techniques to ensure high-quality supplier services.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal value and associated cost savings.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support continuous process improvements and strategic planning in Sourcing/Procurement initiatives.
- Experience in procurement and contracts management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- At least three to five years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably in a global, complex environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, and/or International Management is preferred.
