Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing high-performance software applications, engaging in hands-on coding, and playing a technical leadership role that includes mentoring junior engineers and tackling difficult programming and design problems. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the project's architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, project, and test planning.
- Design and develop web and software applications, along with prototypes or proofs of concepts (POCs).
- Act as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and apply expertise to solve challenging programming and design issues.
- Address defects / bugs during various testing phases and post-release.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance projects and contribute to the design and architecture.
