JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a dynamic Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst for our Product & Data Engineering team, focusing on Disney’s consumer-facing products like Disney , Hulu, ESPN , and more. This role entails driving procedural excellence and business innovation strategy across major applications, requiring partnership with leaders for annual release forecasting and tracking execution progress. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, boasts advanced analytical and project management skills, and possesses a strong customer-service orientation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Liaise with Product & Technical Directors for strategic forecasting of Release Management and ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives.
- Facilitate agile methodologies and lead Engineering-driven problem-solving to enhance creativity.
- Provide data-driven solutions for service health, deployments, and release intelligence.
- Conduct tactical and strategic analysis across business units and promote team unity through events.
- Develop and manage onboarding practices, mentor team members, and partner across teams to innovate systems and improve efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Industry Experience Required :
Minimum of 3 years in IT, preferably with experience in Automation and DevOps including scripting with Jenkins, Ansible, Python.
Understanding of Disney's procedures and culture is preferred, alongside an ability to creatively drive innovation within a team.
