Job Summary :
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead complex negotiations, draft contracts for commodities and services, and work closely with executive management to drive procurement strategies within a banking environment. This role involves analyzing market data to recommend cost-saving sourcing strategies and contributing to category performance targets. The ideal candidate will train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead mid to high level negotiations and manage the entire procurement process for banking commodities / services.
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and business plans to develop optimal sourcing strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement category sourcing options.
- Participate in and lead competitive RFPs to meet category performance targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and performance optimization.
