Job Summary :
The Supply Chain Climate Program Manager will spearhead Adobe's climate initiatives within the Global Strategic Sourcing Center to promote sustainable sourcing and carbon footprint reduction across its supply chain. This role involves strategizing and implementing climate-focused programs, collaborating with key stakeholders and suppliers to enhance sustainability practices, and ensuring Adobe's su 12 pply chain operations align with global environmental standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating sustainability into sourcing decisions, driving supplier sustainability improvements, and reporting on program performance to leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute climate-focused supply chain strategies in alignment with Adobe's sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
Partner with suppliers to foster sustainable practices, conduct assessments, and initiate continuous improvement programs.
Lead climate risk assessments, ensuring integration of sustainability considerations into sourcing strategies and compliance with global standards.
Manage data analytics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of supply chain climate programs.
Advocate for and contribute to the development of sustainability policies, guiding the organization towards compliance with evolving climate regulations.
Must-Have Skills :
Deep knowledge of supply chain sustainability practices and carbon accounting.
Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation and performance measurement.
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Industry Experience :
Experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or environmental program management with a focus on climate or carbon reduction initiatives is preferred. Knowledge of climate-related frameworks and regulations such as the Paris Agreement and Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) is highly desirable.
