Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply management efforts to ensure a high-quality provider network for Experiences in the U.S.
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies in collaboration with various teams to attract top-tier service providers.
- Prototype new service offerings and manage dry runs, analyzing supply performance metrics to meet growth and quality goals.
- Improve operational processes for smoother provider onboarding and engagement alongside internal teams.
- Foster strong relationships with hosts and service providers, ensuring retention and service excellence.
- Deep experience in operations, supply management, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in optimizing metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept in strategy articulation and negotiation.
- Prior experience in marketplaces, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred.
- Familiarity with travel, or gig economy sectors is advantageous.
