Job Summary :
The role involves strategic program management, including designing comprehensive experiences for scholars, leading conversion processes, and managing extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for scholars, managing the program’s initiatives and ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with Client's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and curate a comprehensive program experience, incorporating mentorship, professional development, and engaging events.
- Manage the program's roll-off process, coordinating with recruiting for full-time conversions.
- Develop and distribute key communications to scholars and mentors across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute and optimize the program design.
- Analyse program data to identify improvement areas and report on program results to senior leadership.
