Job Summary :
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Guest and Host Tech team, focusing on leading cross-product initiatives to enhance the Guest and Host experience. This role involves driving improvements through critical tech platform initiatives, simplifying system architecture, and consolidating User data to ensure quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will work on complex projects that span multiple product surfaces and teams, aiming to improve work quality and velocity across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop program scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and driving projects end-to-end.
- Facilitate alignment on staffing, priorities, and dependencies within Guest & Host Tech and cross-functional teams, managing risk mitigation.
- Drive technical goals alignment and collaboration, maintaining a global perspective on design and priority decisions.
- Manage Technical Design diligence process for large programs, engaging the right stakeholders across teams.
- Communicate key decisions, status, and risks effectively to ensure accountability and timeline management.
Must-Have Skills :
Industry Experience Required :
Experience in technology-focused roles, preferably with a background in platform development or project management within dynamic, cross-functional environments. Previous experience with Asana, Jira, or similar tools is essential.
