Job Requirements
- Collect business and systems requirements, writing specifications to drive project schedules from design to release.
- Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts to develop optimal solutions, making tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
- Clearly communicate goals, desired outcomes, and project statuses to cross-functional and remote teams.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
- Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop end-to-end integrated plans, and ensure their timely and successful delivery.
- Strong background in technical program management with experience leading medium to large projects.
- Well-rounded technical background, preferably with experience in Robotics and AI/ML software development.
- Proven ability to work effectively across different groups in an organization and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
