Job Summary :
This position is responsible for leading strategic IT and technical projects with a focus on contact center technologies, including Workforce Management, Call Recording, and IVR systems, aiming for optimisation and innovation. The role entails the management of project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective risk mitigation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the organization's transition to Contact Center as a Solution (CCaaS) platforms, collaborating closely with IT and business leadership to drive project excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-functional projects supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plaans.
- Establish and manage a project team, assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement project communication and change management plans.
- Monitor and control project risks, establishing metrics to measure project success.
