The ideal candidate will work closely with internal or external clients to define analytical requirements and assist in implementing systems for capturing business operation information. The role includes guiding less experienced analysts, generating ad hoc reports, and supporting decision-making processes through automated reporting.Key Responsibilities : Lead the gathering of business requirements and analysis of source systems.Design and monitor improved business processes, rules, metrics, and procedures.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvements.Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through data analysis.Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation issues, and ensure resolution.Must-Have Skills : Proficient in QlikSense / Tableau for reporting and analytics.Strong experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.Excellent ability to present complex data in meaningful terms for decision support.Industry Experience Required : Prior experience in a role requiring extensive business analysis and data management is preferred.
