The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the People Service Delivery infrastructure, working on content discovery and migration, knowledge bases management, and ensuring business readiness for a seamless employee experience. Collaborations with People and Technology teams, along with various stakeholders, will be pivotal to identifying and integrating solutions that meet business needs and uphold best practices in Knowledge and Content Management.Key Responsibilities : Lead requirement identification, management, and technical design for ServiceNow HRSD.Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with technical and business teams.Support business readiness and successful adoption of solutions.Develop analytics dashboards to monitor knowledge usage and content effectiveness.Establish and oversee a comprehensive knowledge and content publishing workflow.Must-Have Skills : Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and management.Proficiency in building analytics dashboards within ServiceNow.Proven ability in content management and optimization of AI search capabilities.Industry Experience Required : Previous experience in HR Systems or Technology-related field preferred.
